@curtisjoey @ATT Still even wirelessly there is an acceptable threshold speed , if wireless I can get at least 30-40% of what I’ve signed for I would never complain. Bit what I’m getting as speed on all my wireless devices is zoning on 5-10% of my paid speed.

I really hate taking time out of my day to call @Xfinity and @ATTBusiness monthly because of billing issues! Missing @TMobile right now! Their service wasn’t great but their bill was consistent and customer service amazing!

I have to give credit when credit is due. Was having issues with my account @ATTBusiness and still not fully resolved but they credited my account enough to cover my bill while resolving my problem! That’s true customer service!

What up Herms? WE’RE FINALLY GETTING EFFING INTERNET! Appointment right now is for Tuesday but @ATT corporate is working on getting it done this week. I’ll have the PC back on Friday. Worst case scenario, we are streaming again on Thursday, 20 August 💪

Customer service with @ATTBusinessCare is pretty bad. They just keep transferring you. If you’re not buying anything you’re on your own 😔 or they send you to a store that’s now an authorized retailer

@bryangscott @comcast @ATT It’s so odd. We had comcast in California & it was always slow/spotty. In Arkansas we have att fiber & it’s unbelievably fast & reliable. I guess their tech really does vary from place to place. But I can rest assured that customer sevice will always suck, no matter who you use.

@ATT any reason why you cut off my service after i set up a payment arrangement? Because its pretty ******! It was working this morning and now you shut it off? You wont even give me a way to contact you about it. The app dont work if your service is cut and calling wont happen
