@Bell_Support very disappointed with assistance I requested today. The person I talked to was not knowledgeable about activating a SIM card and then asked me to do a couple of things and he would call me back. He never called. Not a good look.

@Bell_Support Recently, my Bell Internet has been steadily declining in performance. I already pay $100/mo for a meager 5MB speed and a cap with a bad router that Bell refused to replace even though it had issues since the start.I WFH and do online gaming. I need this fixed.

@CanadiensMTL @Bell Well. At least we know the Canadian division will start. We don't know about the US. It's total anarchy down there.
Push the power button located at the back of the modem or remove the power cord from the back of the modem. Push the power button again or plug the power cord back in. The modem will take 1-2 minutes to reboot. Try your connection again.
