@jabarajames @IsaacRowlett Now Comcast, on the other hand. I once unironically used the phrase “Kafka-esque nightmare” to describe dealing with their customer service. I think they actively hate their customers, like that one hot dog stand in Chicago that just hurls abuse as a gimmick.

@SizeshiftChaos I went down to the comcast store with the TV reciever with me. told them I've watched 0 TV in the past 6 months.Its harder to be denied when you're in person. (wore a mask of course.)

@JoelRushNBA @NBA needs to allow @AltitudeTV and all teams’ fans to stream games locally. Might look into going back to Comcast and get Evoca, since the DirecTV platform sucks (and I’ve had it for the past 2.5 years solely for the reason to watch our Nuggs/Avs).

Sorry for the short stream today guys, but my net is taking a MASSIVE freaking dive today. as i'm tpying this im doing a speed test. 30mb/s download and 0.97mb/s upload. Comcast must be dying today. @XfinitySupport , and issues in my area?

T-Mobile.. sucks … your charged 10.00 to pay your bill with a Rep… your charged to even change your pin! The App is worthless… I’m going to Xfinity.. why isn’t more people complaining about this?.. there stealing from there customers!.. Grrrrrrrrrr

@donwinslow @comcast Sen. McCain wanted al a carte’ cable but it never received traction. Subscribers have to pay more for Sports channels they have no interest in too.

@xfinitymobile why can I not cancel an order I just placed 2 hours ago? CS says i have to wait for it to ship (it’s on back order) and then return it. I really only want to add the promo code I received from xfinity 30 minutes ago
