@BorderlineClown That's how it is here, forced upon us as the only choice. Closer to town they have options, 8 miles down the road they have options yet only #Comcast here. It's getting extremely affordable so streaming services are looking better than having the second package only for TV.

@Xfinity I mean obviously. More than once. We have restarted the box, ran a troubleshoot, had someone come out. They swear it’s fine but it’s not working. We can’t even connect to it at the moment.

@JenWesthoven This is why for the past several years I have my own cable modem and WiFi router. I’m not paying @comcast $12/monthly for their “Residential Gateway” It’s bad enough they hold a monopoly in my area for cable. Plus I like to have full control of my router.

@TristanOCSC I tried moving in with my baby mom, back in January/February (for my baby's sake) and things didn't work out, **** happens. But I ordered the xfinity home package. And after I canceled, i got a bill for $1500 for the 'UNRETURNABLE EQUIPMENT' Doesn't matter what the situation is

@comcast this is by far the worst cable company ever. I called repeatedly 15 times last night and got no where. Then spoke with someone this morning and all they had to say payment declined. Yes it declined because my service is not working why would I pay for it
