@jedweeks @comcastcares Yes, this is the same Baltimore office that has failed us (where’s our FIOS or municipal service as you stated?) but they do minimal lip service by making Comcast respond when notified. I suggest including the time & dates of all calls in your letter as well.

@Xfinity The app says there are no outages in my area. We had a technician come out last week. They said our equipment is fine. The internet keeps shutting down. Ive called too many times and all they do is reset it.

How is it that every time I move, @Xfinity figures out how to screw up service for something so simple? Failed multiple times in this process but always state they know what they are doing, which is always incorrect.

@mapgirl18 @SnarkyEM Ok. Not sure if the problem is with the originator (wIYY) or Something with Comcast. I do know that when we have TVs on different channels on Comcast at home the alerts go off within a couple of seconds of each other.

We are experiencing connectivity problems with the phones and Internet at our office. Comcast has estimated that both should be restored by 4:45. We are not able to answer the phone and do not have Internet connections at this time in the office.

@XfinitySupport I’m looking to talk to somebody that actually can make a decision. Typing is not an option. Went to various xfinity stores, same result. Seems like nobody is empowered to make a decision and fix this problem.
