Don’t patronize @Xfinity @comcast , they took money from my bank account even though account was terminated. Shut my email and bill account down but kept my bank account info and took 2 payments one for $52.29 for Oct and $102.12 for nov. Closed account in sept. Shameful

Trying to be a good Flyer and watch the game but I use Sling for ESPN and my picture sucks right now. Not Sling’s fault this time. We had Comcast out a few weeks ago to fix our Internet and they made it worse 😐

Oh. Well internet is off after having terrible connections issues the last couple days. Can’t even log into the app. So yeah, thanks @Xfinity, love how I can’t just get internet without sh*tty add on cable channels, and can’t even get the one thing I do pay for to work properly.

Marquee reportedly doesn’t have plans for a stand-alone streaming service, though that could change with this vote. It’s also possible that they’re using this as a bargaining chip with Comcast and others. Like, “We’ll hold off if you agree to a carriage deal.”

I would highly recommend never doing business with @Xfinity . Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I'm cancelling my services with them.

Today is March 16, 2023. @XfinitySupport @Xfinity has the world’s worst customer support. It’s an endless loop of useless bots. If you do get a person, they tell you to look at your account online. They read from a set of talking points. We deserve better.
