hey @Xfinity why is it if I schedule a technician through the app it’s free, it if your app isn’t working and your service reps can’t walk me through scheduling the technician through the app cause it’s NOT WORKING and he says he’s gonna schedule it for me, it’ll be $100 ?!!

We don't want to go back to @comcast because of path issues affecting work VPN, recurring cable modem disconnects because they put their modem MAC in over our private modem MAC, sharing data speeds with neighbors, and other things.
