@CenturyLinkHelp It’s a quality of service issue. Mostly works, but basically your 100Mbps service over fiber (or possibly 40, don’t recall off top of my head) doesn’t consistently live up to that. Mostly works but occasionally, video streams buffer. Stick with you because I dislike Comcast…

@seals_881 I loved Comcast Business, I called drunk at 23:00 because my internet was down and I wanted to download more Karaoke songs and they were “yep, it’s down, give us a minute” and it was fixed.They didn’t ask me to do anything, they just fixed it.

@SteveLasker I have an unopened cable box in my house because Comcast requires it. I told them when I left the store that I would never open the box and they smiled and apparently thought I was a savage.
