@hulu_support Thanks for your quick response! We had this issue on MSNBC and TBS today. Zip code is 20850. It's fuzzy then not...xfinity says "excellent" connection...perhaps it isn't? There is no buffering.

I have been trying to get an issue resolved with @comcast @Xfinity for almost TWO YEARS for an apartment that I no longer live in!! This is the 4th time that a Comcast agent has mysteriously dropped the call when “about to resolve the problem.” I’m livid.
