@comcastcares Y R U screwing around w/ the capability 2 change channels again? You've done this before and no, my remote is malfunctioning. When I click on Last, previous channel don't appear and clicking on channel button does work either. Fix the damn problem!

@comcastcares The 4K sports feed continues to be subpar. The 4K feed of the US Open is awful. The color is so pale. What gives? In contrast, the 4K college FB broadcast was full of vibrant colors. No consistency.

@hulu_support Thanks for your quick response! We had this issue on MSNBC and TBS today. Zip code is 20850. It's fuzzy then not...xfinity says "excellent" connection...perhaps it isn't? There is no buffering.

I hate Verizon. They have the absolute worst customer service and itsca ***** just to get a real person to talk to. I only keep them because Fios internet is supposedly better than Comcast. But I may be calling Comcast soon. @Verizon @VerizonPolicy

I have been trying to get an issue resolved with @comcast @Xfinity for almost TWO YEARS for an apartment that I no longer live in!! This is the 4th time that a Comcast agent has mysteriously dropped the call when “about to resolve the problem.” I’m livid.

@comcastcares is a joke. They tell you something and then when you ask a question about what they said, they disappear. Stick with a customer until the problem is resolved.
