@Plusnet Once again I find the service that you give unsatisfactory- it seems that if ever there is a problem ( which there often is ) that we are left to trouble shoot ourselves . Please rectify our issue ASAP as we need our connection for work . Many thanks

@Plusnet I left Plusnet 4 years ago but they didnt close my account after I left and switched to Vodafone, I have phoned customer support so may times time to close the account and delete my data but its still not done - 4 years - can you believe this!

@Tonysmini @Plusnet They were obviously hoping that there was a spare pair on the DP cabling, and i am sure there would be mate, so i don’t know what the problem is other than incompetence.

@WombleDc I’m with plusnet who win all the customer service awards. I’m not sure how good it is because I only really use it for my zoom pilates and various social media/ messaging apps

@Plusnet Why is there no option to cancel BT sport app on your website? I want it cancelled as well as an explanation please as to why it is so difficult to do so?

@Plusnet So you first don't set up my mums account correctly, 6 months later you mend it but lose her existing phone no and now won't give it her back?? she is 81 and now has to tell everyone of her new number. It's not a spectacular service is it??? #poor

I also ordered virgin media broadband for the new pad. Gonna have 500Mb down and 36Mb up! There fastest deal this unreliable plusnet can **** right off.

@Plusnet We have not had any service or our broadband activated for 7 weeks. You have repeatedly messed us around . We are both professionals with two young children in the midst of a worldwide pandemic without service from you.
