Job Description
HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Business Intelligence Software Developer in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.
Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Description:
- RedHat OpenShift Administrator - Responsible for the effective deployment, operation, and maintenance of the RedHat OpenShift container platform, ensuring optimal system availability and scalability according to project needs.
- This role includes management of application deployment workflows, orchestration of containerized environments, and provision of support for all OpenShift-related issues.
- Directly involved in performing OpenShift environment tasks.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
Physical Requirements
Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the Systems Analyst discipline.
