Have had the most miserable experience with @ATTBusiness trying to get business fiber installed. Terrible customer service and nobody willing to take any responsibility. Passed from tech support to billing to tech support to hold to nobody. Atrocious.

Walked all the way to an @ATT store. Nobody, including the manager of the store, gave a crap about this. They were like “what do you want me to do?” and “just call customer service”.Great company that cares about its customers 👍👍👍

@ATT I sat on the phone today to have 3 background checks to get approved and see my phone and number get cancled because the lady spelled my name wrong this is so unprofessional I called to fix the guy said wait till I get the phone and now it’s cancled I’m so disappointed

@ATT cancelled my 75-year-old mother’s prepaid phone line, as the phone aged out of compatibility.She visited 3 stores, each of which tried to upsell her to a regular phone @ 10x the monthly cost of her emergency prepaid line. /1

I'm on the phone trying to cancel @ATT landline and boy they are making it hard. Feels like one of those abusive relationships where the person is trying to leave, but the abuser keeps dragging them along.
