@Arju936 @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Arjun ji,Almost same types of experience I had with BSNL Gurgaon. Gurgaon is called cyber city but BSNL’s net speed is like turtle 🐢. After 30 days long follow up no progress then I went with private service provider.

Without resolving the issue of deadline BSNL is sending SMS that as if they had resolved the issue, quoting the reference number: 124198585327. Not resolved yet. BSNL is completely on the part of DERELICTION of Duty.Take immediate step and ensure the issue resolved.
