I’ve got an iPhone 8 and I swear they’re deliberately making these things work like **** so that we have to buy a new one. There should be no reason that I shouldn’t get CSpire service inside of the Jackson area. I can’t count on both hands how many times it’s been “No service”

@comcast is so frustrating. I went online to see if we could get a different package. It said I had to talk to someone. 20 minutes later he had one option for a savings of $10. My plan is to cancel for two months and get a new signup bonus. Why do you make it so hard.@CSpire soon
