@KrisNBC here’s a bit of news for you. 2nd week in a row that @comcast ISP goes down in the pre-dawn hrs this AM. Last week it was also down for 3.5 days. They stated it was for maintenance which was to take place between 12am & 6am last Tuesday. Entire 95132 zip code affected.

@Xfinity most likely just lost a 5 year plus customer because your reps can’t help anyone after the computer makes a ruling. Computer made a payment arrangement for a date that I would never set and now when I need an actual arrangement due to financial difficulty I can’t.
