@spottcheck @comcast @CenturyLink It's just a ridiculous Monopoly and their business plan is hot trash. Let's offer the new customers a great deal and **** all the loyal ones over. Been there 5 yrs and they wanna charge me $30 more a month than a new customer. Makes zero sense.

@Xfinity Have had major issues with my modem and having to restart it several times in a day. Called CS and told the rep what was happening and that I was currently connected after 5 restarts. Her reply your modem is working I can't do anything. She would not connect me with anybody else.

@yigitckahyaoglu So. Get the HBO Go app and when you have to choose your TV provider select xfinity. Then when you’re signing in there’s like a campus option or something like that so search for M*c and then just sign in with your 1600grand login info!!! Easy as that but I had literally no idea

@Xfinity I had some consistency issues when my service was first started and the tech went above and beyond and found the main problem and fixed it and now Im the happiest camper with my internet service. @comcastcares thank you so much!!

The fact that @Xfinity puts a data cap on your internet and makes you pay if you go over during a pandemic where most people are working from home is CRIMINAL. Xfinity sucks if you have a choice don’t choose them.

@Xfinity @RogerHodgson If there were a alternative I would never use Xfinity again. Their speed test is a lie. The speed will go from 116 to 27. They have told me a dozen times they will fix. I have to sit on the phone listening to things I don’t need to know for 3 min before talking with anyone..

I think I’ve spent more time on the phone with Xfinity customer support than anyone else in 2020. Xfinity - your wifi sucks but you have the nicest and most helpful customer service agents...even when the answer is that I’m SOL
