@Xfinity I have been waiting for ten minutes to speak with the Xfinity representative to help with this problem but I don’t think the worker actually tried to even transfer this call XFINITY YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR CALL STAFF TO MANY JUST ARE NOT CUT OUT FOR EMPLOYMENT ANYWHERE..

I switched internet from Comcast/xfinity to @CenturyLink 5.5 years ago because Comcast was absolutely awful. I’m going on 2 days without internet service now on CenturyLink and this is, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

@InAWomansWorld Don’t know who your provider is but I just went back to the xfinity router and it is SO much better than the nighthawk I was using. Places in the house we had trouble b4 are fine now.

@billhelm Yeah xfinity uses the Verizon network, and they're significantly cheaper. I'll have to do some research on the other networks to see if they're okay here now.

Just spent a mind-numbing 90 minutes on the phone with Comcast trying to fix some connectivity issues but it was 100% worth it just to hear the customer service representative say: “Is ‘Router? I hardly knew her!’ the name of your home WiFi network?”

The fact that @Xfinity puts a data cap on your internet and makes you pay if you go over during a pandemic where most people are working from home is CRIMINAL. Xfinity sucks if you have a choice don’t choose them.

@Xfinity @RogerHodgson If there were a alternative I would never use Xfinity again. Their speed test is a lie. The speed will go from 116 to 27. They have told me a dozen times they will fix. I have to sit on the phone listening to things I don’t need to know for 3 min before talking with anyone..

I think I’ve spent more time on the phone with Xfinity customer support than anyone else in 2020. Xfinity - your wifi sucks but you have the nicest and most helpful customer service agents...even when the answer is that I’m SOL
