I have worked for two major internet providers AOL and Comcast and helped create an AI software program to do technical support in a call center to solve internet connectivity problems by a staff member being instructed how to address the caller and the questions to ask

Welcome to @Xfinity! Where after 2 hours speaking with a robot who tells you to restart 3 different times and to “call back 10 mins later” just to get a human who tells you that it’s $100 dollars to fix a service that I’m already paying for that doesn’t work. Great Service!

Got annoyed, decided to grab a hotel after all. Caught a shuttle. By the time I get here, there’s a Comcast outage and they can’t check me in (no fault of the hotel).So I guess I’m just waiting in random places for the day. (This still beats the airport.)
