@Comcast you have charged my 87 yr old Mom $90 a year for a 2nd digital box you never connected. For 8 years. Found out yesterday when her main cable box died. Cannot generate a return label for either box because they are too old and don't show up in the Return box area 1/n

@comcast @XfinitySupport Message sent. The 3 things we need are 1. 2 UPS return shipping labels for the 2 boxes 2. 9 years credit on the $7.50/month she paid for the DTA that was never installed (this was left behind - in a box - by your technician when she moved in 2013. This works out to $810 1/n

@comcast @XfinitySupport (2. cont) Your records should show it was never installed - it is still in its box. 3. When the replacement box arrives, we may need escalation if they shipped the wrong box - we spent 2+ hours on support chat trying to get them to send a coaxial cable capable box 2/n

@comcast But the 2 boxes do show up on billing. 2 separate Support Chats told her to call UPS to arrange a pickup - but gave her no address where to ship (and of course no label). She can no longer drive so she cannot return in person. 2/n

Today has been mental fighting with the ******* modem. Cut out 10 times in 2-3 hours. Router doesn't want to connect to modem but computer will connect during the sporadic moments the modem actually receives a signal. Comcast tech came by last week said no issues.HELP PLEASE
