@LFC_AcidHouse @O2 Mate I've always sworn by them but they've royally screwed me over with this. Absolutely no one wants to help. I'm pretty sure legally I could cancel as I'm not getting the service I'm paying for and I can prove it.

@O2 Very disappointed not to have had a reply to my follow up question. I'm not interested in where I can use my data, I want to know what caused you to change your mind after what you said in January. I'd be very interested to know how I can cancel my contract too.

@O2 I think your retention team needs to call me back asap. How can you offer me a deal (which i was happy with), make me cancel my new deal with a different carrier, then go silent? Cant even get hold of someone who can activate this tariff which was discussed #stillWaiting

@tomhfh I’m with @O2 and find them to be great value for money. Been with them since I got my first phone and if they continue to treat me well I will stay with them forever.

@uk_domain_names @O2 @virginmedia That’s disappointing to hear tbh, but hardly surprising. I figured the others would follow suit but hadn’t heard yet. Frustrating as I was intending on leaving O2 in protest due to their merger with Virgin and this was the last straw but now they’re all as bad it seems.

@O2 can you please inform me why your website is telling me that the phone I've ordered is in stock, but i have received an email saying otherwise... missed out on a good deal and I'vebeen a customer for years, quite frustrating 😒 feel a bit misled.

Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres
