@comcastcares Hi there, I called a couple of times about switching the account holder name to my former roommate’s name, and was told I would receive an email outlining what needs to be done for that to happen, and never received one.

@Xfinity I've had at least 5 techs come to my house, over 20 calls to customer service since April regarding intermittent wifi. That finally got fixed on Mon. but now my cable doesn't work. I called customer service and was told I needed to get a new box of which I can't do until Friday.
